Azure Integration Tech Lead London, Hybrid / Remote working Permanent Circa 95k with bonus and bens A well-established, highly prestigious and globally recognised organisation is looking for an Enterprise Integration Tech Lead to join their technology team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our integration landscape, combining strategic leadership with hands-on engineering. Collaborating with architects, product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, you'll design and deliver high-quality integration solutions while mentoring the team and leading through practical involvement in development What We're Looking For • Solid experience with Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps). • Background in microservices, event-driven, or serverless architectures. • Comfortable with CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code. • Strong understanding of integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, orchestration • Experience leading or mentoring a technical team in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Development background in .NET/C# or equivalent • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing • Leading the technical delivery of integration solutions built on Microsoft Azure. • Setting standards and best practice for API-led and event-driven integration patterns. • Balancing hands-on contribution with mentoring and oversight of the wider team. • Working with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. • Helping the team continuously improve how they build, test, and ship software.
