B2B Sales Development Coordinator Permanent | Full Time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00 pm 37.5 Hours per Week £26,000 - £27,000 per annum plus bonus Swindon Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities? Do you thrive in a proactive telesales role? We're recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a successful business in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a proactive environment. Working as part of a busy team, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth by identifying potential customers, generating interest in the company's services and arranging qualified appointments for the field-based sales team. Key Responsibilities • Contact businesses to introduce services and understand their requirements. • Speak with a range of contacts to gather information and identify potential opportunities. • Arrange meetings and manage diaries for the commercial team. • Maintain accurate customer details and activity records. • Update internal systems to ensure information is current and accessible. • Support ongoing commercial campaigns and initiatives. • Work closely with colleagues to ensure opportunities are followed up effectively. • Provide administrative support to assist the smooth running of the commercial function. Skills & Experience • Experience in a customer-facing, administration, sales support or commercial environment. • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport over the telephone. • Strong attention to detail and good organisational ability. • Comfortable working with processes, systems and databases. • Professional, enthusiastic and proactive approach. • Ability to manage workload effectively and work towards agreed objectives.
