What you'll be doingAs an A&E Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality emergency care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two shifts are the same. Your responsibilities will include: • Assessing, planning and delivering high-quality patient care. • Responding quickly and effectively to emergency situations. • Administering medication and treatments in line with Trust policies. • Monitoring and documenting patient observations accurately. • Supporting patients and their families during challenging situations. • Working collaboratively with doctors, HCAs and the wider multidisciplinary team. • Maintaining excellent infection prevention and patient safety standards. What we're looking for • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. • Minimum 6 months' recent NHS A&E experience. • Confident working in a busy Emergency Department. • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload effectively. • Right to work in the UK.
