Band 6 Deputy Facilities Manager Cleanliness and Housekeeping

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience. • Level 4 Food Hygiene and Safety qualification or equivalent. • Significant management experience, including responsibility for staff, budgets and strategic service delivery. • Experience managing cleaning services across multiple sites. • Experience developing and modernising services and workforces. • Strong understanding of NHS housekeeping and domestic service standards and regulations • In-depth knowledge of the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and healthcare food and drink standards. • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
