Banking Solicitor | 5+ PQE | London | £80,000–£100,000 DOE. Join a growing Banking & Finance team advising on complex lender and borrower transactions with excellent progression opportunities. To apply or to register your interest, please contact Kaye Thumpston on or email with your CV – JOB REF: THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a growing Banking & Finance team based in London. Acting for lenders, corporates and sponsors, you will advise on a broad range of complex financing transactions including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending. You will lead transactions from instruction through to completion, provide commercially focused advice to clients, build and maintain strong client relationships and work closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver seamless legal support. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth of an ambitious and expanding practice. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a strong background in banking and finance. You will have experience advising on corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance transactions, together with excellent technical and drafting skills. The successful candidate will be confident managing complex transactions with minimal supervision, commercially astute and proactive in developing client relationships and business opportunities. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams are essential.
