Bankruptcy Administrator Salary: Competitive + Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Company Overview A well-established and busy firm of Corporate Insolvency Practitioners is seeking a Bankruptcy Administrator to join its growing team. The firm handles a broad range of insolvency cases and is known for delivering a high standard of professional service across both corporate and personal insolvency matters. The Role As a Bankruptcy Administrator, you will support the delivery and management of a varied caseload of bankruptcy appointments. Working closely with senior staff and Insolvency Practitioners, you will ensure cases are progressed efficiently, compliantly, and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases from appointment through to closure • Prepare statutory documentation, including reports to creditors and the Insolvency Service • Liaise with bankrupt individuals, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders • Assist with asset realisations, including property and other recoveries • Conduct investigations into the affairs of bankrupt individuals • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and best practice • Support senior team members with more complex cases where required Requirements • Previous experience in personal insolvency, ideally with exposure to bankruptcy cases • Strong understanding of insolvency procedures and legislation • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in insolvency case management systems is advantageous What’s on Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work within a reputable and growing insolvency firm • Ongoing training and professional development • Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities How to Apply If you are an experienced Bankruptcy Administrator or have relevant insolvency experience and are looking to develop your career further, we would be keen to hear from
