BD Executive

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive on a 9 month contract basis to support our growing Marketing & Business Development team. This is a high-visibility role, working closely with senior stakeholders and lawyers across the firm, helping shape BD strategy, win new business, and drive growth. What You’ll Do: • Implement BD and client relationship best practices across the firm • Support tenders, proposals, and work-winning opportunities • Facilitate cross-department collaboration and identify growth opportunities • Lead research projects targeting clients and sectors • Support targeted events, mailings, and campaigns to reach key audiences • Act as a point of contact for BD guidance across the firm What We’re Looking For: • Experience in business development or marketing, preferably in professional services • Experience preparing client-facing documents, proposals, or work-winning materials • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders • Proactive, ambitious, and ready to make a positive impact • Team player with an interest in all areas of BD and marketing • Flexibility to work across multiple offices (minimum 3 days/week) At Norfolk Capsey, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
