BD & Marketing Manager - Real Estate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to support the growth of a leading Real Estate practice within an international law firm. Working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams, the successful candidate will drive strategic BD and marketing initiatives, client targeting, profile-raising campaigns and cross-selling opportunities. The role will also involve coordinating pitches, events, marketing communications and thought leadership activity. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting and delivering BD strategy and growth plans • Managing client relationships and targeting opportunities • Delivering integrated marketing and BD campaigns • Coordinating pitches, directories and award submissions • Producing marketing collateral and digital content • Advising and supporting stakeholders on BD best practice The ideal candidate will have: • At least 3 years’ BD/marketing experience within professional services • Experience working with the Real Estate sector • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong project management and organisational abilities • A collaborative and commercially focused approach This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and strategic BD professional looking to join a highly collaborative and ambitious team.
