Behaviour Mentor - Bromley - Secondary School - £100-£120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start • Behaviour Mentor - Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs required • Behaviour Mentor - Experience working in a secondary school, PRU or alternative provision desirable • Behaviour Mentor - Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies • Behaviour Mentor - Required full time ASAP Have you previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor? Do you have experience supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional needs? Are you able to build positive relationships with young people and encourage positive behaviour? If yes, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!!! The Role - Behaviour Mentor Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning. You will act as a positive role model, encouraging attendance, resilience and positive behaviour throughout the school day. The School - Behaviour Mentor This secondary school is located in the London Borough of Bromley and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment with a strong focus on behaviour, attendance and pupil wellbeing.
