Do you have a passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning and thrive in their education? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking confident, resilient, and empathetic Behaviour Mentors to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the London Borough of Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in youth work, pastoral support, SEND, or behaviour management who are looking for flexible and rewarding work within education. About the Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting pupils who may present challenging behaviour, helping them to engage positively with learning and school life.
