Behaviour Mentor - Full-Time | LambethAre you an experienced and passionate Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a lovely school in Lambeth, working full-time, 5 days per week. The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs, alongside a strong understanding of behaviour management and strategies that promote positive outcomes. A degree is preferred, and this role would suit someone who is passionate about making a real difference to pupils' lives and helping them reach their full potential. The school offers a welcoming and nurturing environment, alongside excellent opportunities for professional development, growth and career progression. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs. • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and act as a consistent role model. • Implement effective behaviour management strategies and personalised support plans. • Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and the wider pastoral team to support pupil progress. • Help pupils develop emotional regulation, resilience, confidence and positive social skills. • Monitor behaviour and contribute to identifying strategies that promote positive change. • Encourage pupils to engage positively with learning and the wider school community.
