Job description

Looking for your next step in bid coordination? Join a respected Birmingham firm with offices nationwide including London. This is a role where you'll take ownership of the bid process, work on high-profile tender submissions, and play a key role in winning new business. You'll take ownership of the bid process from opportunity through to submission, working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape how bids are managed as the business continues to invest in its work-winning function. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll manage RFPs, RFQs and tender responses, monitor procurement portals, track new enquiries, and ensure all bid documentation remains accurate and compliant. You'll also research prospective clients to support business development efforts while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to increasing bid success rates. We are ideally looking for a person with experience in a bid coordination and administration role. Experience within property, construction, or professional services would be extremely beneficial.
