Bodyshop Manager - Performance Bonus + Company Car - Warrington We are looking for an experience Bodyshop Manager to join our Warrington location. You will: • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, painters and estimators • Manage workflow to ensure efficient, on-time repairs • Liaise with customers and insurance companies • Oversee estimates, costs and profitability • Ensure manufacturer and health & safety compliance • Drive quality standards and customer satisfaction Role Requirements Essential • Previous experience in a Body Shop leadership role • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating • Excellent people management skills • A customer-focused approach • Commercial awareness and ability to manage KPIs • Experience working with insurers and accident management companies Desirable • ATA/VDA accreditation would be an advantage • A full driving licence with no more than six points (due to insurance purposes) • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices. • Technical and engineering qualifications.
