We are looking for a Bookings Administrator in our Hospital who will be responsible administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience of working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation. As our Bookings Administrator you will: • Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role. • Ensure complex administration and support, meets the required standards and timescales • Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format. • To prepare standard and adhoc reports as required and required by the department • Handle appointments bookings and changes • Co-ordinate availability of rooms and consultants • Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs Helping you feel good.
