You'll take ownership of the branch, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results while delivering exceptional customer service and growing market share. The Role As a Branch Manager, you will: • Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch • Conduct morning meetings and motivate the team to achieve their targets • Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions • Drive new business generation and maximise branch opportunities • Set individual and team performance targets • Coach, mentor, and develop team members • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process • Oversee branch performance and work towards exceeding sales targets Branch Manager Requirements • Previous experience within estate agency, ideally in a management position • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team • Proven track record of winning instructions and listing properties • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service • Commercially minded and target-driven • Local area knowledge is advantageous • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £30,000 • Individual and team commission • Realistic OTE of £45,000 • Business mileage paid • Ongoing training and professional development • Supportive and successful team environment Working Hours • Monday to Friday • Alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu Apply Today!
