Floating Branch Manager – Bexley Area Please note: this role is only suitable for candidates who are currently working as at least a Sales Manager within estate agency. We're recruiting for an experienced estate agency leader to take on a Floating Branch Manager role covering the Bexley area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already managing a team who's looking for variety, career progression, and the chance to build a strong reputation across multiple locations ahead of future advancement within the business. As a Floating Branch Manager, you'll cover holidays, vacancies, and sickness across branches in the Bexley area, taking full responsibility for delivering excellent customer service, motivating teams, and driving business performance.
