Brickwork Lecturer – Kidderminster College Location: Kidderminster Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Ongoing Employer: The Supply Register (Recruiting on behalf of Kidderminster College) The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Kidderminster College to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Brickwork Lecturer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and develop the next generation of construction professionals by delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learners to achieve their full potential. About the RoleAs a Brickwork Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will: • Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Brickwork programmes from Level 1 to Level 2, • Plan and prepare learning activities that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements, • Support learners in developing practical brickwork skills, technical knowledge, and industry awareness, • Contribute to the delivery and development of apprenticeship provision, including the Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement, • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment within workshop and classroom settings. What We’re Looking For • A relevant Brickwork qualification at Level 3 or above, • Industry experience within Brickwork or the wider construction sector, • Knowledge of Level 2 Apprenticeship Standards, or a willingness to develop this knowledge, • Experience with City & Guilds qualifications and assessment requirements is desirable, • Strong communication and organisational skills, • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable, along with a valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
