Bridging Underwriter

A new Underwriter role has arisen within the regulated Bridging team of a highly respected Specialist Lender. Your main responsibility will be to efficiently underwrite Bridging cases, to ensure effective risk management and seamless drawdown of funds to borrowers. Responsibilities: • Liaising with valuers, solicitors, and intermediaries • Ensuring all files are complete and accurate • Ensuring all deals comply with the Company’s lending criteria • Completing all credit papers accurately • Working closely with your team to ensure deals progress smoothly and efficiently Key skills / Experience: • Solid experience as a Bridging Underwriter • Analytical and methodical thinking • Ability to take ownership • Successful task management, to deliver high quality service The role is offered with a competitive basic salary and range of company benefits.
