• As Network Training and Development Manager, you will lead the strategic development of education, training, and competency frameworks across the network. • You will ensure that workforce development plans support current and future service demands while maintaining compliance with UKAS accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. • The role will be instrumental in establishing sustainable training pipelines, supporting succession planning, and ensuring that staff have access to the learning and development opportunities required to deliver high-quality patient care.
