Building Surveyor – Cornwall – Up to £50k Looking to develop your career with a well-established, independent consultancy where your work genuinely makes a difference? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected property and construction consultancy with a long-standing reputation for delivering quality surveying and project services across Cornwall and the wider South West. With a loyal client base, a collaborative team and a diverse workload, this is the ideal environment for a surveyor looking to broaden their experience and progress their career. You'll work across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial and public sector projects, undertaking a mix of professional building surveying services alongside project work. No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from surveys and reports through to project delivery and contract administration. We're keen to speak with Building Surveyors who have a minimum of two years' relevant experience, through to experienced Senior Building Surveyors looking for their next challenge. The successful candidate will ideally have: • A minimum of 2 years' experience within Building Surveying. • Experience delivering a range of professional surveying services. • Contract administration experience (highly desirable). • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • The ability to manage projects and build strong client relationships. • Working towards, or already achieved, MRICS status is advantageous but not essential.
