As a Business Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our home's operations, working closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of income and expenditure, with a focus on credit control and invoice management to ensure financial stability. • HR Support: Assist with recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our dedicated team. • Administration Excellence: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies, with meticulous attention to detail. • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere within the administrative team, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale. • Customer Service: Interact warmly and professionally with residents, families, and team members, ensuring their needs are met with care and compassion.
