Job description

Office & Events Administrator A hands-on office and events admin role for a high-profile membership organisation based in London Westminster. Salary & Benefits Up to £35,000 + Discretionary bonus, hybrid working (usually 4+1), private medical and dental cover, pension, life assurance, regular team socials and training budget! The Role This is a newly created role where you will be a key member of the office team, focusing on front of house, guest management and provide support on the events programme. A busy fun and interactive role where you will be busy, involved and own a wide variety of tasks! • Act as a front-facing presence in the office, including supporting reception-style duties and visitor management • Reset rooms post-meetings and maintaining a welcoming, well-organised office and events space • Coordinate the administration and logistics of in-house events, including invitations, registrations, room set-up, catering and tech • Liaise with speakers, guests and suppliers to ensure a professional end-to-end experience • Create and maintain event checklists, timelines and processes • Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings and events • Providing general office and administrative support to the wider team You • Bright, motivated and hard working with a positive can-do attitude • Experience in reception, office coordination or similar within a fast-paced environment • Some exposure to hosting, arranging or supporting on events would be advantageous • Happy to be the go-to person for the office, giving equal importance to smaller repetitive tasks as high level duties • Second jobber level ready to take the next step • Personable, engaging and enthusiastic • Great communicator who relishes being part of a small close knit, hardworking team.
