Job description

Media Business Analyst Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Contract: Initial 6 months (with likely extension) Day Rate: £450 (neg) Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a leading media organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of video production, content management and digital distribution. The Role Working closely with editorial, production, technology and commercial teams, you will play a key role in analysing current processes, defining future-state workflows and supporting the delivery of new media technologies and operating models. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyse and document business requirements. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings. • Create As-Is and To-Be process maps. • Support the design and optimisation of media production and content distribution workflows. • Produce user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with delivery, product and engineering teams. • Support UAT activities and solution adoption. Essential Experience • Proven experience as a Business Analyst. • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. • Experience in Agile delivery environments. • Background within media, broadcasting, publishing, streaming, news or content production organisations. • Experience mapping business processes and defining future-state operating models. Highly Desirable • Knowledge of media production and post-production workflows. • Experience with Media Asset Management (MAM) or Production Asset Management (PAM) platforms. • Cloud migration or digital transformation experience. • Exposure to technologies such as Iconik, LucidLink, Adobe production environments or similar media platforms.
