Job description

An experienced Business Analyst is required to define requirements for a future buying platform as part of a procurement transformation initiative. The successful candidate will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, capture business and functional requirements, and produce a validated requirements catalogue. Client Details A UK based Charity in London. Description • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery interviews. • Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. • Define future-state buying platform capabilities and user needs. • Capture key dependencies and alignment requirements across a wider Procure-to-Pay programme. • Lead requirements review and validation sessions with stakeholders. • Produce a comprehensive, stakeholder-approved requirements catalogue. • Support future platform assessments and procurement activities through high-quality requirements documentation. • Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operational teams. Profile A successful Business Analyst should have: • Proven Business Analyst experience delivering procurement, purchasing, finance, or digital transformation initiatives. • Strong requirements elicitation and requirements documentation skills. • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong business process analysis capability. • Experience within Procurement, eProcurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments. • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. • Experience working independently and delivering against agreed milestones.
