Job Title: Junior CRO Analyst Location: Livingston, Scotland (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week) Department: Digital Reports To: Senior CRO Analyst Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Junior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst to join our digital team. You’ll play a key role in using data to identify conversion opportunities across our digital platforms to support the planning, executing and analysis of A/B tests, and providing actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ContentSquare. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, user experience, and experimentation — someone who can translate user behaviour insights into optimisation strategies that enhance engagement and drive measurable business results. As this is a junior role, you do not need to have previous experience in a similar role. A training package will be provided to upskill you in all areas of the job and you’ll learn from other skilled, experienced analysts.
