Job description

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Acceptance Analyst to support the delivery and adoption of key transformation initiatives, ensuring the business is ready to successfully transition new processes, systems and ways of working into day-to-day operations. Working closely with programme teams and business stakeholders, you will help drive readiness activities, manage acceptance criteria and support the successful embedding of change across the organisation. Description • Support the development and execution of business readiness and acceptance plans. • Conduct readiness assessments and identify potential risks to successful adoption. • Work with stakeholders to define and document business acceptance criteria. • Facilitate workshops, meetings and engagement activities with business teams. • Track and report on readiness activities, risks, issues and dependencies. • Support transition planning and business implementation activities. • Ensure operational teams are prepared to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. • Collaborate with programme, project and change teams to drive successful outcomes. • Produce clear documentation, reporting and status updates for governance forums. Profile The successful candidate will possess: • Experience supporting business acceptance, business readiness, change or transformation programmes. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience operating within complex, regulated or large-scale organisations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience working within programme or project delivery environments. • A proactive and collaborative approach to delivering change. • Proficiency in producing high-quality documentation and reporting.
