Job description

BUSINESS ANALYST(eCommerce * Retail * My Account) • £450-£475 pd • Outside IR35 • 12 months • London, Z1 • Hybrid My client are going through a re-platform of their 'My Account' service, and are looking for a senior Business Analyst to support the teams and stakeholders. You will have experience working closely with UX, Design, Product, Engineering and more... you will ideally have had experience in similarly natured re-platforming projects in large-scale retail/eCommerece environments. Requirements & Analysis • Interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements. • Proactive analysis of business and user needs, translating these into clear, actionable requirements. • Identify and address constraints (e.g., legal, privacy, and compliance). • Map existing processes, highlighting gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. • Work with other BAs to identify and manage cross-team dependencies and define end-to-end or integration requirements across multiple products, teams, and/or systems. • Partner with PO, UX, Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions. Delivery & Quality Assurance • Write user stories with acceptance criteria, modifying and splitting requirements as appropriate. • Lead refinement and user story definition sessions. • Define UAT test scenarios and validate outcomes • Create and maintain As-Is and To-Be evolution of requirements and processes. • Coordinate stakeholder sign-off for requirements. • Own the creation and upkeep of documentation for delivered solutions.
