Job description

Business Development Coordinator We're looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Coordinatorto join our clients growing team. This would be on a hybrid basis (2 days in office), full time, permanent and offering a salary between £30-35k dependant on experience. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll play a key role in keeping our sales pipeline moving, supporting customer engagement, coordinating contracts and onboarding, and helping identify new business opportunities across both our established markets and new sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in business development, with a clear progression path into a more senior commercial role. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the sales pipeline across multiple Sales Managers. • Maintain CRM records, reporting and sales forecasting (Dynamics to HubSpot migration). • Schedule customer meetings and manage follow-up activity. • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and contracts. • Coordinate contract execution, onboarding and renewals. • Research new markets and build prospect lists. • Support lead generation campaigns with the Marketing team. • Identify new partnership opportunities and monitor market trends. • Build customer relationships and support tender opportunities. • Develop towards independently managing sales opportunities. About You It is essential to have experience in a business-to-business sales or business development role and experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Dynamics preferred.
