Working with a broad portfolio of well-known clients, they are recognised for blending creative thinking, technical production and event delivery expertise to produce memorable experiences that connect brands with their audiences. The team provide a fully integrated service including event strategy, creative development, technical production, digital content, delegate management and onsite delivery. Their in-house approach enables them to deliver everything from conferences and awards ceremonies through to exhibitions, roadshows and immersive brand activations. The Role Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding commercial team. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across the live events and experiential sector. This is a varied role where the Business Development Manager will combine strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and sector knowledge, including: • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate events, conferences and experiential projects • Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients across a variety of sectors • Leading the sales process from initial outreach through to proposal and pitch stages • Collaborating closely with internal creative and production teams to develop compelling client solutions • Managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities and reporting on sales performance • Representing the business at networking events, industry exhibitions and client meetings • Supporting wider strategic growth plans and contributing to long-term business development initiatives The Candidate: Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Account Director within an events or experiental agency. A strong track record in winning new business, developing client relationships and understanding the live events landscape is essential for this role.
