Business Development Specialist

I am working on behalf of an international law firm to recruit a Business Development Specialist to support its highly regarded M&A and Private Equity practices in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a business development professional looking to play a key role in supporting strategic growth initiatives across a leading corporate practice. Working closely with senior stakeholders, partners and the wider BD team, you will be responsible for preparing pitches and proposals, supporting client targeting and cross-selling initiatives, coordinating directory and awards submissions, conducting market and competitor research, and assisting with events and profile-raising activities. The successful candidate will have at least three years' business development experience within a professional services environment, ideally gained in a law firm. Exposure to M&A and/or Private Equity would be advantageous. You will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness, research capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
