Key Responsibilities • Preparing and reviewing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients • Assisting managers and partners on more complex assignments and technical matters • Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, handling queries in a professional and confident manner • Supporting the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns as required • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, contributing to their development • Managing your own workload effectively and ensuring deadlines are consistently met Requirements • ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a solid background in accounts preparation • At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment • Proven experience preparing accounts for a range of client types to a high standard • Good working knowledge of accountancy software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional client-facing manner • Well organised with a proactive attitude and a genuine ambition to progress within practice
