The role is responsible for coordinating business support, performance reporting, governance, workforce monitoring, and administrative processes to help ensure efficient, compliant, and effective service:
• Provide business, operational and administrative support to managers and teams.
• - Produce and analyse performance, workforce and activity reports.
• Monitors waiting lists, targets, compliance and data quality.
• Support governance, audits, risk management and CQC requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, systems and management information.
• Support workforce reporting, training and appraisal compliance.
• Develop and improve administrative processes and reporting systems.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support effective service delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting papers.
• Identify and escalate performance, compliance and operational risks.
