Job description

A thriving company in the North East are seeking a talented Business Systems Developer to join the team and take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining the case management system, as well as the iManage Document Management System for all departments within the organisation. As the Business Systems Developer, you will collaborate closely with the IT Manager and stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of these systems. Additionally, you will provide application-specific support to users and contribute to end-user training. Main Responsibilities: • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Practice Management, Case, and Document Management systems. • Streamline processes, improve productivity, and ensure compliance through case management workflow analysis. • Create and maintain standard document templates for system consistency. • Produce documentation and management reports as needed. • Provide application-specific support to users and assist with IT support when required. • Aid in planning and preparing end-user training. • Collaborate with department heads and staff on relevant programs and developments. • Perform other IT tasks as necessary. Requirements: • Experience in business systems development and maintenance. • Strong understanding of legal workflows and processes. • Experience in providing application-specific support and training. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and task prioritization. • Knowledge of relevant Microsoft programming languages and SQL database technologies.
