Full Time | Manufacturing & Supply Chain Environment Are you a highly organised supply chain professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Buyer & Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in purchasing, stock management and supplier coordination. Working across multiple departments, you'll help ensure materials are available when needed, supplier relationships are effectively managed, and inventory levels are optimised to support business demands. What You'll Be Doing • Managing supplier relationships and monitoring performance. • Coordinating purchasing activity to ensure material availability. • Maintaining accurate product, supplier and inventory records. • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory optimisation. • Liaising with internal teams to provide updates on lead times and supply issues. • Supporting import and logistics administration where required. • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels and cost control. What We're Looking For • Experience within purchasing, materials planning, stock control or supply chain coordination. • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment. • Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge. • Good Microsoft Excel skills. • Excellent organisation and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desirable • CIPS qualification or working towards. • Experience with inventory analysis and stock optimisation. • Knowledge of imports or international supply chains. • Full UK driving licence.
