Service Specific Responsibilities • To provide supervision, annual appraisal andmonitoringthe work of RAStherapists(Band5 &6),therapyassistantsand students. • Complete DATIX investigationsandInitialManagement Reviews (IMRs), as delegated by the service leads. • Activelyparticipate/ lead in clinical handover. • UsingHealthRoster,participatein rota planning;finalise day to day bank/agency shifts; book temporary workers asrequired.
