Campaign Manager | Culture and Music Scale-Up | London Our client is an independently founded agency operating at the intersection of culture, music, and brand activation. They work with some of the world's most recognised names across entertainment, sport, and consumer goods, producing campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising and centre around building genuine cultural moments that speak to audiences. The business has grown rapidly on the back of strong creative output, platform knowledge, and an instinct for where culture is heading. As the client portfolio expands, they are now looking for a Campaign Manager to lead campaign delivery across a live roster of artist and brand work. The Role As Campaign Manager, you will run campaigns from brief through to delivery and reporting, acting as the day-to-day client contact and the person who keeps every moving part on track. You will build campaign plans, coordinate creators and external partners, quality-check deliverables, and direct a Campaign Executive on day-to-day execution. This is a genuine step-up opportunity: alongside delivery, you will get hands-on exposure to budgets, fee negotiation, and pitching, with clear scope to grow into a more senior campaign role as the business scales. You will be embedded in a fast-moving environment from day one, with real ownership and clear deliverables from the start. Responsibilities • Build and manage the campaign plan for each project, setting milestones, posting windows, and internal deadlines • Act as the day-to-day client lead: running calls, circulating actions, securing sign-offs, and sending proactive weekly updates and performance flags • Review creative assets and deliverables before they reach the client, maintaining high-quality consistently • Direct a Campaign Executive on day-to-day execution, including trackers, creator outreach, and draft chasing • Coordinate creator and talent relationships across live campaigns • Track campaign budgets, monitor cost-per-deliverable, and flag variances early • Support fee negotiations with creators and partners, developing your commercial confidence over time • Bring cultural and platform insight into campaign planning: new formats, sounds, creators, and trends • Liaise with external partners where required, including press, radio, and specialist agencies • Pull together weekly reporting data and present performance summaries to clients and the internal team • Contribute to pitch decks and support new business development as opportunities arise What We Need to See (Essential) • Experience working in music or music advertising, with an understanding of how artist and brand campaigns come together • Confident, organised client communication, with the ability to juggle multiple live campaigns Package Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Working Pattern: Office-based 4 days per week (East London) Start Date: ASAP If this is of interest, please get in touch with your CV at Due to the high volume of applications we receive, if you have not heard back from us, please assume your application has unfortunately been unsuccessful on this occasion.
