Candidate Resourcer – Education Recruitment Location: Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire Job Type: Permanent Full Time or Part Time (minimum 24 hours per week considered) Salary: National Living Wage (pro rata for part-time hours) plus uncapped performance-related commission. Realistic OTE £30,000–£35,000 per annum (full-time equivalent). About Vida Education Vida Education is a leading education recruitment agency supplying teachers and support staff to primary, secondary and SEND schools across Lancashire and Cumbria. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Candidate Resourcer to join our busy team. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants and can offer flexibility for the right candidate. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and registering high-quality education professionals to support the staffing requirements of our schools. The Role Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting the very best candidates for our schools. Your responsibilities will include: • Proactively sourcing teachers and support staff using job boards, CV databases, social media and networking • Speaking with a high volume of candidates by telephone each day • Interviewing and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for vacancies • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Writing and managing engaging job advertisements • Registering candidates and supporting the compliance process • Formatting CVs and preparing professional candidate profiles for client submissions • Maintaining accurate records using our recruitment CRM • Building talent pools to support current and future vacancies • Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to ensure vacancies are filled quickly and effectively About You The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition, ideally within an agency environment • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak to people from a wide range of backgrounds • The ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage a busy workload • The initiative to work independently and proactively source quality candidates • A positive, resilient and professional attitude • Good IT skills and experience using recruitment software or CRM systems Previous education recruitment experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
