Come and join the Agincare family as a Care Assistant Where you'll be working Click here to view the care home: Care Home in Gloucestershire | Care Home Gloucestershire Henlow Court | Agincare As an Agincare employee you'll enjoy: • £12.91 per hour • Refer a friend scheme up to£1000* • Outstanding career development • Fully funded training up to QCF level 5 • Blue Light care discount package • Company pension scheme • On demand pay What is required from you? • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK • 1 x full time position at 36 hours per week • Must be flexible to work alternate weekends • Must be available to work the following shift patterns: 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm or 8am to 8pm A day in the life of a Care Assistant • Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement • Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care. • Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. • Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. • Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks. • Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility. • Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
