Job description

The post holder will be working as part of a busy team of administrators and the role requires a high level of computer and telephone work, with access to a wide range of different systems and information. • Processing written referrals onto our clinical system • Taking telephone calls from patients and other health care professionals. • Dealing with enquiries in a helpful and efficient manner • Offering a high level of service to all our patients • Working closely with hub triage teams to ensure patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently. • Working with local service teams to complete required tasks and activities • Working well as a team under pressure in a busy environment • Sharing information and escalating issues as appropriate • Identifying innovative ways of working Whilst it is not a legal requirement, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust encourages and supports all staff to be vaccinated as this remains the best line of defense against COVID-19 We are committed to supporting flexible working options for staff, wherever possible, and welcome discussions on flexible working patterns to support our staff to maintain a healthy work life balance.
