We’re Hiring: Care Coordinator Permanent, Full time Homebased with occasional office visits £26,000 per annum Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where you're delivering meaningful outcomes? We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team and build relationships with healthcare workers and clients to create and fill rotas for private home care packages. Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Care Coordinator. Part of Acacium Group, Ellea Nursing provides bespoke premium private care nationwide. We work with our service users to tailor care to support their exact requirements, no matter how unique their circumstances are. We provide holisitic support from professionals our clients can trust, whether it is temporary post-operative support, or a loved one requiring long-term palliative care in their own home, our team works with clients to create a care service tailored to their needs. About the Role In this role, you will: • Create and manage monthly rotas for private home care packages, ensuring maximum coverage and proactively managing gaps and last minute changes. • Provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare workers and private clients, responding to queries, concerns and changes in requirements with urgency and empathy. • Support onboarding and training arrangements for our healthcare workers and liaise with our internal teams on compliance requirements.
