If the answer is YES, then you are the person we are looking for. Our well respected client is now looking for an experienced Care Home Manager. As a the Care Home Manager you will have: • Previous experience in a similar position of managing a small Residential Home or maybe you want to step down to a smaller home. • Previous experience of improving working practices in the home • Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach • NVQ level 4 or 5 • Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential • Experience with an elderly care is a must If you are interested in this position as a Care Home Manager in Oundle please get in touch.
