The Care Practitioner (Days) is responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents within the home. The postholder will support residents with daily living activities while encouraging independence, dignity and choice. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Care Practitioner will help maintain high standards of care, build positive relationships with residents and families, and contribute to the overall wellbeing and happiness of those living within the home.
