Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Chester. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence. Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm Temp Contract - Ongoing Pay rate - £13.45ph paye Job Purpose • Opening and securing the building at designated times • Carrying out routine inspections of the premises • Completing minor maintenance and basic repairs • Ensuring cleanliness and general upkeep of internal and external areas • Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues or hazards • Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
