Job description

I'm currently supporting a major Energy & Utilities transformation programme and am looking to speak with experienced Change Analysts who can help drive business readiness and adoption across a complex Agile delivery environment. You'll be embedded within a large-scale transformation programme, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, Business Analysts and key business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working. Key responsibilities: • Conducting Change Impact Assessments (CIA) • Supporting business readiness activities and readiness reporting • Stakeholder analysis, mapping and engagement • Developing and coordinating communications plans • Supporting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training activities • Tracking adoption metrics, change risks and programme reporting • Working alongside Agile product teams to embed change activities into delivery cycles Essential experience: • Previous experience as a Change Analyst, Business Change Analyst, Transformation Analyst or similar • Strong Change Impact Assessment and stakeholder engagement experience • Experience supporting business change within Agile, Digital or Product-led transformation programmes • Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills • Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Desirable: • Utilities, Energy or Infrastructure sector experience • Prosci, ADKAR or other change management methodologies • Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint or similar tooling We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
