Job description

Change Lead/Manager Location: Hybrid Working - 2 days PW on-site in Birmingham, West Mids (travel non expensible) Market Day Rate - Outside IR35 (via limited/umbrella) Duration: 3 months initial TXP is seeking an experienced and commercially minded, Midlands based Change Lead/Manager to work on an exciting pensions/data project. Project - Ingestion of calculations scheme data from MS Excel into a Pensions platform so that the data can then be used for report and quicker calculations. This is a senior consulting leadership role and you will engage with executive and senior stakeholders. You will be expected to operate confidently across both strategic and delivery-focused activities, ensuring business needs, organisational objectives and customer outcomes are fully understood before recommending solutions. You will help the client understand not only what should change, but why change is required and how value will be realised. To qualify for this exciting new role, the successful candidate will be an accomplished Change Lead/Manager with recent pensions experience / or complex FinServ environments which has lots of financial data. Experience required - • Significant experience operating as a Change Lead or Manager. • Strong experience in Financial Services and Pensions. • Strong financial data experience. • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills, with experience working with executive-level stakeholders. • Experience operating across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery environments.
