Change Management (London Market Insurance Outside IR35)

Change Management Consultant (London Market Insurance) £425-£436 per day (Outside IR35) Location: London (EC3) - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Contract: 10 weeks+ We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a London Market insurance client on a business transformation programme. This role will focus on underwriting-led process standardisation, operating model optimisation, and driving adoption of new ways of working across key business functions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who can bridge the gap between transformation delivery and business adoption within a complex insurance environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver change strategies aligned to transformation objectives • Drive stakeholder engagement across underwriting, operations, claims, and support functions • Lead business readiness and adoption activities, including impact assessments and intervention planning • Facilitate workshops to align on target operating models and process changes • Deliver communications, training coordination, and change collateral • Support embedding of standardised processes and monitor adoption outcomes Essential Experience • Strong London Market insurance experience (Lloyd's or company market) • Proven delivery of change within underwriting or operational transformation programmes • Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder engagement and behavioural adoption • Experience with process standardisation and operating model change • Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Highly Desirable • Experience with underwriting workbench, PAS, or workflow transformation • Exposure to delegated authority or bordereaux operations Candidate Profile • Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and commercially aware • Credible with senior business stakeholders • Comfortable navigating complex environments and influencing without authority If you are a hands-on change professional with strong London Market experience and a track record of driving adoption in transformation programmes, please get in touch.
