Change Manager – AI & Digital Adoption • Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits (car allowance, company bonus scheme etc) • Hybrid – Birmingham We're partnering with an organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the people side of change across a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives. This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking change professional who is passionate about helping organisations embrace new ways of working, accelerate digital adoption, and unlock the potential of AI. Sitting at the intersection of technology, people and transformation, you'll play a key role in ensuring that investment in digital tools translates into measurable business outcomes. The Opportunity As Change Manager, you will lead the adoption and embedding of new technologies, digital capabilities and AI-enabled ways of working. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams and business leaders, you will shape change strategies that build confidence, capability and engagement across the organisation. This role is ideally suited to someone who combines strong change management expertise with a genuine interest in AI, automation and modern digital adoption approaches. Key Responsibilities: Lead AI & Digital Adoption • Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across the business. • Develop and deliver digital literacy initiatives that help employees confidently and responsibly utilise AI-powered tools. • Promote innovative ways of working that improve productivity, simplify processes and enhance the employee experience. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on the people impacts of AI and digital transformation. Drive Business Change • Lead end-to-end change management activities across multiple transformation initiatives. • Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and adoption programmes. • Ensure new systems, processes and capabilities are successfully embedded and deliver lasting business value. • Leverage modern digital adoption methodologies and tools to accelerate user proficiency and reduce time to productivity. Influence Senior Stakeholders • Build strong relationships with executive and senior leadership teams to secure sponsorship and drive engagement. • Translate complex technology and transformation programmes into clear, actionable change outcomes. • Create compelling communications that inspire adoption and reinforce strategic objectives. • Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions and change interventions across diverse stakeholder groups. Continuous Improvement • Establish measures of adoption and change effectiveness to track business outcomes. • Gather feedback and insights to continuously enhance change approaches and employee experiences. • Contribute to the evolution of change management, digital adoption and transformation best practice. About You You'll bring a proven track record of delivering successful change within large-scale transformation programmes and be energised by helping organisations navigate technological disruption. We're particularly interested in individuals who have: • Experience leading business change across complex digital, technology or transformation programmes. • A strong understanding of AI trends, including generative AI, AI assistants, automation and agent-based technologies. • Experience driving digital literacy, technology adoption or organisational capability-building initiatives. • Expertise in stakeholder management, influencing and executive engagement. • The ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on delivery. • Outstanding communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills. • Experience working within fast-paced, evolving or high-growth environments. Desirable • Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG or equivalent). • Recent professional development in AI, digital transformation or emerging technologies. • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) and modern learning approaches.
