ESEL Team Leader

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee ESEL (Electronic Shelf Edge Label) installation projects across retail and supermarket sites. This hands-on role combines team leadership, installation expertise, customer liaison, and project administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise installation teams on-site. • Allocate workloads and monitor project progress. • Ensure installation quality standards are achieved. • Train and support installers where required. • Conduct quality checks and resolve issues. • Act as the main point of contact for store management. • Complete daily reporting and site documentation. • Promote safe working practices at all times. Essential Requirements • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Ability to motivate and manage teams. • Good customer service and administration skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Desirable Experience • Retail fit-outs or shop fitting. • Field-based team leadership. • Merchandising management. • ESEL installation projects.
