This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a 2 AA Rosette kitchen under the guidance of an award-winning Head Chef, creating exceptional dishes using the finest fresh, locally sourced ingredients. About the Role The hotel's 2 AA Rosette restaurant is renowned for its high-quality dining experience, serving an exceptional à la carte menu alongside lunches, afternoon teas, weddings, functions and special events. Everything is prepared fresh in-house, with a strong focus on seasonal Suffolk produce. As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section while supporting the senior chefs in delivering consistently high culinary standards. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to refine their skills and progress within a professional, supportive kitchen. About You We're looking for a motivated Chef de Partie who is passionate about fresh food and committed to developing their career. You'll ideally have: • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy fresh food kitchen. • Experience working confidently across all kitchen sections. • The ability to manage your own section and maintain excellent standards. • Experience within a high-volume kitchen (preferred). • A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • A positive attitude and a desire to learn and progress.
