About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Childcare to join a supportive and well-established law firm. The successful Head of Childcare will: • Lead a busy Childcare department. • Manage a varied Childcare caseload. • Represent clients confidently through advocacy. • Handle public and private Childcare matters. • Manage Guardian referrals and existing client work. • Work closely with senior leadership. • Support and mentor a Legal Assistant. • Help grow the department commercially. • Deliver outstanding client care. • Enjoy genuine autonomy and responsibility.
